Modular homes equal site-built homes in every respect but one: they are far more affordable! Site-built homes may not be subject to inspection, depending on local regulations, but manufactured homes are inspected by the State of Georgia to ensure that wiring, plumbing, and other vital components meet safety and quality standards.
